Diploma of Specialization in Advanced Music and Sound

Undergraduate diploma issued by the University of Girona Foundation: Innovation and Education and focused in music production education.

There is a new call of the Diploma in Advanced Music and Sound every year. Classes start in September and finish in June.
Yes. There are only 60 available places every year. Once they have been fully covered, new students cannot apply anymore.
The Diploma has a duration of 3 years, which constitute 600 hours of study and training every year.
All classes are in-person and are held in EUMES and in 44.1 studios, located in Aiguviva. Our school is located in Girona; Carrer de Baix, 2.

Every day consists of 4 hours of classes. These can be taken in the mornings or afternoons.

Classes of the group in the morning start at 9:30h and finish at 13:30h. Classes of the group in the afternoon start at 15:00h and finish at 19:00h.

This timetable distribution allows students to have part-time jobs –or continue studying– during the other half of the day.

At the time of choosing one of the two groups, we give priority to students who already have another daily responsibility. This way, if a student is already working in the afternoons, he/she will have priority to enter in the morning study group.

Yes. One of the added values of our school is that we adapt the contents of our classes to the necessities of every student. This way every student is able to develop their project to their own pace, regardless of the previous knowledge they have in this field.
No. The aim of the Diploma is to provide the necessary tools to develop a project within the music industry. Through these tools, students contribute their creativity in order to develop their personal project.

Yes. We offer facilities so that the annual cost of the Diploma can be paid in several fees.

There is also the possibility for students to pay through Caixabank with a monthly fee up to 10 months and with 0% interest.

Not right now. The Diploma in Advanced Music and Sound is a new titulation which did not exist until recently in Spain. It is for this reason and until the Diploma becomes a university degree that college access tests are not required to enter this titulation.
You need to be at least 17 years old to enter the Diploma.
All students who want to enter the Diploma will have to pass a previous interview with us, which will be face-to-face and will take place in the school.
